THE STYLE The classes are welcoming and certainly not intimidating! Clients love the variety of classes they offer and the relaxed ambience of the studios. Expert instructors that will motivate, guide and support you. THE STUDIOS A beautiful loft studio in the Melbourne CBD with over 130 classes a week. Daily herbal tea and apples provided, all natural hand wash and shower products, change rooms, lockers, yoga mats and cloths and calming essential oils burn throughout. THE PRACTICE Downtown is committed to maintaining a healthy space for your practice that feels good to be in. Tune your posture, muscle balance and movement patterns. You’ll instantly notice the increased ease, comfort and strength in your movement. From yoga to circuit training, tailor your practice to suit you.

How to prepare

Sign in to class at reception, on your first visit you will fill out a short medical history form. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for class. The classes start on time and they can't let in latecomers. If you are new to yoga, start with Beginner and Yin. If you are new to Pilates start with L1 Reformer and Mat Pilates. Pilates and yoga are done barefoot. For functional fitness, spin and box you'll require trainers. A water bottle and/or small towel are highly recommended for our cardio classes (box, spin, Functional Fitness).

How to get there

A beautiful loft studio in Melbourne CBD. 289 Little Collins Street is located between Swanston and Elizabeth Street. Little Collins is home to yoga, reformer and mat pilates, barre, boxing and functional fitness classes. Enjoy a cup of herbal tea before and after class.
