Welcoming encouraging instructor. P90X is a workout not so easy on the knees, if thats a concern.

This class is kick-ass hard! And the second half where we rolled balls on the worked muscles was amazing!

Diana is a great instructor: good musicality, upbeat and positive, personally encouraging!
Total Body VIIT
Good, balanced strength training class. Instructor creates 4 diverse stations to give a full body workout. Each time there are new exercises to challenge us, and he provides options if you need to modify or step up the intensity.
Total Body Conditioning
Great all around strength training workout with some cardio mixed in. Instructor gives many options for different fitness levels and accommodation.

Good variety of stations and positive encouragement, but many exercises were hard on the knees.

I felt like some of the moves were unsafe and the correct way to do them was not clearly explained. It felt challenging, of course, but I'm not so sure it was in the right places.

What is ClassPass?

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
