About this studio

Del Soul Fitness is small by design. They believe smaller classes are less intimidating and provide more of a focus on students individual needs. The instructors on both the strength and the cycling side are here to motivate and support you. They will challenge you to try new things while reminding you to respect your body and they way you feel each and every day. Del Soul has added ZUMBA classes to their schedule. ZUMBA is the new and exciting fitness class sweeping across the country! It combines a high-energy cardiovascular workout with pulsating Latin music into a fun, calorie burning experience. It incorporates many dance styles including merengue, salsa, cumbia, reaggaeton, belly dancing, and flamenco to name a few. The best part about Zumba is that no experience is necessary.

How to prepare

What to wear: Cycle: Padded bike shorts are ideal, if you don't have them tighter fitting, sweat friendly workout clothes are best. For your feet, either regular tennis shoes or cycling shoes with spd cleats are acceptable. Strength: Closed toed shoes. Yoga: Clothing you are able to move freely in and are comfortable sweating in. Bring a yoga Mat. For all classes bring a towel and water.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
