Temperature checks

• A MEMBER OF STAFF WILL COME AND CHECK YOUR TEMPERATURE BEFORE HEADING INTO THE RECEPTION AREA. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE STUDIO IF YOU HAVE A HIGH TEMPERATURE.• A MEMBER OF STAFF WILL ASK YOU TO CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE NOT EXPERIENCING ANY SYMPTOMS ASSOCIATED WITH COVID-19.

Social distancing measures

Social distancing markers are noted throughout the studio.

Extra sanitation

Minimal equipment will be used in the studio. The client will be asked to clean their station post workout. Sanitation stations are located throughout the studio.

Mask-wearing policies

Masks must be worn entering and walking throughout the Define London studio. Once client is in booked spot in studio they can remove mask. Optional to workout in mask. Once the session is completed you will be required to wear mask.
