About this studio

DEFINE offers multiple methods under one roof while maintaining the boutique studio environment. Currently offering barre (body), cycle (rev), bounce (trampoline), yoga, and hammock classes. We believe in bringing strength while giving length and restoring balance to one's workout regime. Our multiple methods under one roof helps client to achieve a well rounded work out. 201 783 8008

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in. Body classes require grip sox (can purchase in studio). Rev classes require cycle sneakers (available at studio).

Tons of fun and a great fat burning routine.

This is a great class that combines a stability routine that includes inversion. You feel totally stretched out and rejuvinated.

The class was fine but at the end the instructor announced that everyone needs to make sure to use deodorant when coming to class... it was very uncomfortable especially after an hour of working out and everyone was sweating. It made me really self conscious and I kept smelling my armpits to make sure she wasn’t talking about me. Either way I don’t think it was appropriate.

This was my first bounce class and it was super fun! Definitely a great workout! I would definitely come again. Cardio mixed with bringing the heat to your muscles!
DEFINE: body (barre) with Catherine
Catherine was super friendly and this class was the perfect level of challenging. I also felt like the class went by fast because Catherine mixed up the exercises and target areas of the body.
DEFINE: mind-hammock with Lori
Do not hesitate to take this class if you are a first timer. I am on my sixth or seventh class and it is one of the best things I’ve ever done. Not just mindfulness, but also core strength. Excellent instructors, so much zen and clarity when you leave. I almost hesitate to spread the word, but this is a best kept secret in Bergen county.

So much fun! Meredith is an amazing and inspiring instructor! Great cardio and strength. Loved it can’t wait to go again!

What is ClassPass?

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
