Great class. Lynn was very welcoming and offered many modifications when I needed them.
Adaptive Yoga with Lynn
What a thoughtful instructor. Very loyal class participants and she was especially expert at meeting the needs of her elderly and inured students.
amrita Level 1-2 Chandra with Lynn
This class wasn't for me. Not because of the teacher or the lineage, but because of the very detailed images that were placed inside my head - the suggestion that someone is seated behind me and a human hand is reaching into my body and squeezing my bones is a little severe. I have sensory processing disorder, which I did not divulge to the instructor because without a lengthy explanation of how that manifests for me it likely wouldn't do much good - but essentially, suggestions such as the one received in class translate as physical pain to me and others like me. Otherwise the class was pretty good - the teacher had a great demeanor and got lost a couple of times in her instructions but I'd rather have a human than a robot teaching me great class for neurotypicals - everyone else seemed to love it.
