About this studio

Dangerously Fit is Sydney's highly in demand and fun fitness program. For the last 12 years they have been helping people just like you to get into the best shape of their lives. Their workouts are quick, fun, inexpensive, extremely effective and only take about 45minutes. They'll have you looking amazing in no time, no matter what kind of shape you’re in now. It’s important that our campers get results fast and have a lot of fun in the process. They vary the workouts on a regular basis to keep things fun and keep your body from getting stagnant. All the morning classes (Mon, Wed, Fri @6am) are held on the grass on Goldstein Reserve (meet next to the BBQ area). All the evening classes (Tue, Thur @ 6.30pm) are held on the beach (meet in front of the lifeguard tower).

How to prepare

Please bring a bottle of water, a towel and wear some light, loose, comfortable clothing and running shoes.

How to get there

Dangerously Fit- Coogee Beach is located at 175 Arden Street, 249R in Coogee, New South Wales. All the morning classes (Mon, Wed, Fri @6am) are held on the grass on Goldstein Reserve (meet next to the BBQ area). All the evening classes (Tue, Thur @ 6.30pm) are held on the beach (meet in front of the lifeguard tower).

What is ClassPass?
