awesome class for anyone looking to experience crossfit in a more introductory way

Chris is awesome. Definitely knows his stuff and is great at explaining and providing modifications if you need it. We asked so many questions and he was beyond patient. I was hoping for more weight training than the standard squats/lunges but he worked us hard regardless!

Britt was friendly and helpful, but as others have mentioned the beginners classes are a series and they totally make sense if you are a member of the gym because you learn the techniques class by class, but weird to come in on just one.

Fun class! A couple of circuits I wouldn't normally do on my own, so it was challenging. I loved the atmosphere, it was mostly guys, and they were all so nice!
CrossFit workout (All levels) with Rich
I hate leaving such a bad review because I really like Chris Lopez's class, but this class was just awful. It was a barbell heavy class and -though I've done a lot of CrossFit - I really don't use barbell that much. So when I asked the instructor questions, I was surprised and confused by his rude and extremely dismissive behavior. I really didn't get it. But I gather that people who are pros with a barbell may enjoy.
Beginner with Chris
This class really shouldn't be an option on classpass. The class was part of a "beginner's crossfit" series that built on itself. Since I came to a class in the middle of the series I was not allowed to do certain lifts and it was just awkward.

What is ClassPass?
