Please wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in. Bring a mat if you have one and water if you'd like! They suggest that you arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts in order to sign-in.

Pilates
This class would be better described as PiYo. It included a lot of stretching and was easy enough to get through. The people, teachers and students, were very friendly and helpful. The class had a feel of friends who like to work out together.
All Levels Yoga
Very informative and helpful instruction!
Pilates
Schedule on the door said the class actually started at 6:30, so maybe don’t have a tight schedule for after. Cute dog running around providing moral support. Workout was good.
Beginner Yoga
Really enjoyed the class. I hadn’t practiced yoga in a couple of years, but the class went at a pace I could keep up with and Charlotte was really helpful in adjusting my poses. Great atmosphere to practice with a great instructor!

What is ClassPass?
