About this studio

Enjoy modern amenities and a clean health club with great energy and playlists  that motivate you to tone your CORe, get strong and create long lean muscles while enjoying a workout of a lifetime. You will be taught on the incomparable M3S Megaformer machine which provides a low-impact, high intensity and cardio workout. In addition, we’re the first Bay Area fitness center and one of the few in the world to offer the newest in Lagree Fitness technology, the Lagree Ramp, which hydraulically lifts the Megaformer to a 15-degree incline to create intense full-body workouts. Also try our TRX, Yoga and Bootcamp classes for a change of pace.

How to prepare

Be sure to eat a light healthy snack and hydrate an hour prior to give you the energy to sustain your workout. Wear comfortable stretchy, form-fitting, yoga style clothing or shorts and a t-shirt. Grippy sox are mandatory for all Megaformer and Lagree Ramp classes. Sturdy workout shoes are mandatory for all TRX, Running and Boot Camp based classes. We provide filtered water.

How to get there

We are located on Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road, in the Argonaut Shopping Center. As you enter the main entrance of the shopping center, turn left as you approach Safeway and drive to the end of the complex pass Ace and we are located next to Mountain Mike's and the dental office.

Caroline needs to be much more attentive to newbies. You’ll lose customers who won’t come back. First-timer next to me did a saw and a bear all wrong and Caroline didn’t even notice. In general instructors should take newbies thru 10 seconds of 5+ exercises in the five min before class. Don’t describe the parts of the machine, people learn better by doing.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
