How to prepare

Toesox are recommended but not required. Coreology bikes are equipped with SPD clips and they suggest wearing compatible cycling shoes. They also offer cages on the bikes so that you can spin with regular sneakers. They do not rent spin shoes at the studio.

Parking is provided at the studio.

Jaime is the best teacher! She has great cues and works everyone to their highest potential. Her exercises are also a little more unique then other teachers so you don’t get bored. This gal should own her own studio!

Julie was AWESOME!!!! It was my second time back and I had a chance to speak to her before class to let her know I was new. She was so motivating and always made sure my form was correct. She would also check in make sure I was able to handle the intensity of the springs. My whole body was shaking! I loved it and can’t wait to see Julie again.

Usually when it’s your first time going to a studio, someone at the front desk will greet you and show you how to safely use the equipment. I checked myself in on an iPad and made my best guess how to set up my spin bike and Pilates reformer machine. If you don’t have prior experience with this type of equipment I don’t recommend going to this class as a beginner.

What is ClassPass?
