Fun workout! The instructor was super nice and helpful! Individualized sort of workout.

Dr. Erin is great! I did the boot camp class and got a really great workout in. She pushes you but also gives each person attention to avoid injury. The class accommodates for different levels, allowing each person to feel accomplished at the end of the hour. I would definitely recommend coming here!

This is the best boot camp I've ever been to! Erin is a fantastic coach and the group is very encouraging of their peers. Modifications can be made for everything. I actually look forward to going in the morning... and I'm not a morning person.

I enjoyed the workouts, which you do at your own pace. Everyone has their own workouts but we all use the same space, while Dr. Sam and Gaby, the intern, goes around giving instruction and great feedback. A warm, encouraging environment!

The trainers are nice and are great at helping your form. A bit loose in terms of workout accountability so be sure to bring some self-motivation.

Class was great. Instructors help out along the way correcting your posture and giving tips. Also, the other members were very welcoming.

This is more like working out on your own against a workout list in a group setting with oversight by a trainer. Good focus on form, great to have someone else think through your weight training sequence.

This is a great circuit training class focused on excellent form (many instructors are also physical therapists) in a welcoming community. This isn't a super aggressive HIIT class but a mix of cardio and strength that you can tone up and down based on your level. 2 showers with towels available in the gym and easy parking in this early AM class.

One of my favorites - I’m always really satisfied with how hard I worked out here and all the personal attention I get. Good solid heavy sweaty workout.

A little strange that you chose from workouts and could potentially be doing a workout by yourself but I suppose it allows for flexibility to do exercises you’re more comfortable with.

The instructor is very friendly and helpful! The gym is relatively small and running outside in the dark for a few loops was a little weird. Other than that, its great exercise.

Great, challenging workout. I have scoliosis and carpal tunnel, and it was helpful to be able to ask Dr. Mullen for his advice and alternative exercises, although the boot camp seemed to be great for anyone of any fitness level!
