About this studio

Club Westside grew as a budding dream from the McIngvale family in 1995. And their family, like yours, understands it’s not easy to appease everyone. So when they reopened the 25-year old Club Westside, they wanted their facility to become home to more than tennis players — they wanted to build a community. Over the years, they have expanded their state-of-the-art tennis club into a resort-style athletic club fit for the whole family.

How to prepare

All first time Class Passers must arrive at least 30 minutes before class to get set up in the system and so that we can provide you with a short tour of the gym and studios. Please meet one of our fitness support staff team members at the Fitness Reception Desk upon arrival to complete the set up process. Athletic apparel is appropriate for all classes offered. Our Keiser spin bikes are Look Delta and SPD compatible.

POWER 50
The actual workout was good, but the music, energy level, and instructor were weak.
POWER 50
Good class but instructor is very soft spoken it was hard to hear her. Music wasnt super upbeat /motivating when comparing to a good spin class for example
Open Gym
Gym has definitely seen better days, locker rooms and showers have not been maintained.
