About this studio

If you have been to this club in the past twenty years I urge you to come by and see the changes. Bob Lang has made many changes and added daily workouts to beat the boredom. Classes offered are everything from Zumba to Pilates/step/kickboxing and Bootcamp aka BODYBURN by Bob. Anyone that has taken that can actually believe the calories burned are like no other! The club currently offers over thirty-one fitness classes per week as well as a complete cardiovascular center with arc trainers, treadmills, bikes, concept two rowers and stairmasters. They also have strength training equipment by Cybex and Nitro Nautilus circuit along with TRX, medicine balls, battle ropes, full set of barbells and dumbbells. This is where goals are attained! The club is staffed with certified personal trainers and (Bob) still utilizes the Nutritionalysis program which teaches you how to eat to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

What is ClassPass?
