About this studio
Classic Wellness is unique in that all of the classes are of a semi-private size with a maximum of four in a class. This allows the teachers at Classic Wellness to give each participant the individual attention that is required in order to progress. The classes currently on offer are mat/tower, tower/chair, mat/chair, reformer and reformer/chair. There are three levels of difficulty ranging from a slower paced class focussing on connections and basic movement to a faster paced and challenging class, which will really get you moving! Classic Wellness encourages everyone to take what they learn in class and apply it to their lives outside of the studio, using the strength and stability that Pilates gives you to make you better at other activities.www.classicwellness.com.au+61 0406127464
How to prepare
Everything is provided for you at Classic Wellness. All that is asked is you wear appropriate clothing, something that is comfortable, not too tight but not too loose. Socks are optional and if you have grip socks they can be very useful. If you get thirsty during exercise it is wise to hydrate before class, especially when it is hot and you are more than welcome to have a drink bottle close by during your session. Towels are optional and the equipment does get cleaned after every class so there is no need to worry if you forget one.
How to get there
Classic Wellness is located at 583 Hampton Street, not far from the South Road intersection. There is ample street parking and if coming by public transport the studio is close to both Hampton and Brighton Beach stations on the Sandringham line.
