good workout. could have been harder for cross fit

Really fun. I think if you are a ClassPass gym open to people who are of all abilities it is really important to demonstrate stuff like deadlifts. It is probably good for people who have never done one before to be shown a good form to avoid injury. Maybe a group cool down and stretch too

Love this class - it’s zero impact with maximum sweat! You start with a warm-up on the rower, then full mobility stretches and then work rowing/lifting in a reverse pyramid: row 700m, then a set of deadlifts, set of TRX suspension rows with a 1 minute rest (option to rest up to 2 minutes if needed). Then you row 500m, repeating sets and rest period, etc. You’ve got 20 minutes to complete. Sam was a fantastic coach - knowledgeable and encouraging. I am loving my experience at CityCise so much that I’m thinking of buying a block of classes there.

What is ClassPass?
