Class was nice, my only advice is to change it up with different movements instead of repeating the same 5-6 movements. Also be warned this gym is small, not sure if I’d go again.

Great Sunday morning class to wake up your body and get stretched. I think it’s a good level one or advanced beginner class, challenging but not too difficult. It was my first class though and I don’t know if the instructor teaches this class consistently.
"IT" Workout with Wendy
This class was not at all as advertised. It was a low intensity step class designed for older individuals. It was a fine class if it was described accurately for people who want that kind of activity. But it’s definitely not an interval training class.

Great class! I was definitely challenged! You can modify your workout by adding more weights but its a great, intense full body workout. I went on a Friday morning and the majority of attendees were a bit older but boy everyone can keep up! Dayga, the instructor (and owner) was very welcoming, kind and a taught a great class! Definitely considering coming back!

Chantelle is friendly and will get you moving. The other ladies in the class were really fun to dance with! I got in a great cardio and toning workout while also having a good time.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
