Muay Thai All Levels (0 experience required) with John
So I guess the gym isn't on CP anymore which we found out when we got there... Really works on technique and you get good one-on-one feedback. Sparring sessions at the end where you'll actually get punched, so not the best if you don't have experience.
Muay Thai Fundamentals (0 experience required) with Jonathen
It didn't happen because the club is no longer affiliated with Classpass.
Boxing with Stephan
Very hard! Fierce workout, though it's a bit technically advanced.
Boot Camp with April
I didnt see the instructor until 15 mins after the class was supposed to start.
Muay Thai All Levels with Baydon
very technical, good for people that want to actually fight someday
Muay Thai All Levels with Jim
There was an error in scheduling. I signed up for the 11am class and was notified that it wasnt offered for classpass members. But i like this gym.
Boxing with Stephan
It wasn't the most welcoming of places - the instructor (although I'm sure is a good boxer) - didn't really bring it down to a beginner level, even though the description said it was for all levels. The gloves were really gross, and had a weird smell to them. It was an OK work out, but I don't think I'd be back any time soon.
Boot Camp with April
Good workout but the instructor did not show up to open the gym until after the time the class was supposed to start. The gym could use some upgrading with greater weight variety and better cleaning.
Boot Camp with April
There was no class at 7 am and the front desk didn't know anything about class pass
