About this studio

You can expect a mindful and dynamic practice to build up heat and energy in the body and restoration and calm in the mind. We lengthen and strengthen the body as we find space in the busy-ness of the mind. Classes are open to all levels - including beginners as various modifications and advancements are offered throughout the practice.

How to prepare

If you have your own yoga mat that you like using, feel free to bring it along. Otherwise, mats will be provided for those that need- first come first serve. Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in.

How to get there

St Marks Church hall with the entrance on Compton Road, two minutes walk from Wimbledon station. There is limited off street parking. Mats are first come, first served.
