Great HIIT workout, you will definitely sweat if you push yourself! Would be great if we could have more exercises and less sets. More arm workouts too! Ceejay is very friendly and encouraging, as always! Will be back

Not a lot of exercises and it’s more of a get-to-know-you session. Nonetheless it was a good sweat and CJ was friendly, offered some useful tips, and always looked out for form! Good sweat!

Tried the 1:1 personal training. Alot on body weight and its deadly! Ache madly for the next 5 days, but i did enjoy the session. Best to attend 2:1 this way there is more motivation working out with a friend :)
