About this studio

CB Fit creates a unique workout experience allowing clients to dive into their inner power, endurance and mind body connection through an intimate, small group dynamic. They emphasize core stabilization, using a patented machine called the Megaformer, through increased strength and balance that are powered by the patented Lagree Fitness Method. The innovative celebrity trainer Sebastien Lagree created both the Megaformer and Method using progressive spring-based resistance so that clients have control of the intensity level while maintaining low impact on the joints. The class is a full body 45 minute strength training workout that will leave you sweating and your muscles shaking!

How to prepare

First time clients need to arrive 10 minutes early to get an introduction of the machine. A towel and grippy socks are recommended for class.

Dayla was awesome. She is definitely one of my favorite instructors. Her classes are tough but the routines are easy to follow. She does a great job at calling out the next move and then explaining it. I felt like my heart rate was up the whole class. She does an awesome job correcting form and pushing you to keep going if you feel like you want to give up.

What is ClassPass?
