About this studio

CATZ of Long Island was founded with the purpose of bringing a new philosophy for training athletes and adults across Long Island. The facility is run by medical, fitness, sports and business professionals with years of experience in helping people prepare to be great at whatever they do in life.

For each session be sure to wear athletic clothing and bring a towel and water. Also, be ready to work!

They are located right off the Northern State Parkway or New Highway at 114 Parkway Drive South, inside of SUSA Sports.

Really fun class! Brian was really helpful. The class was a good Mix of strength training and cardio.

What a great class. Lots of running mixed in with strength training. Eric knew it was my first time and was very kind, making sure I knew what I was doing, as it is a fast paced class. Only negative thing is that the workout tends to be a race between you and the other people, so people often do 7/10 reps because they want to be first. I felt that I was doing the moves correctly and steadily and by the time I reached the 10 reps, everyone was onto something else. It was frustrating.

Highly recommend this class! A tough yet accessible full body workout, with a great instructor!

What is ClassPass?

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
