How to prepare

If this is your first time at Burn S.F., please arrive dressed and ready to go 15 minutes before the advertised class start time in order to receive your MANDATORY springboard orientation! If you are not there and ready 15 minutes before, you will not be permitted to participate! If you are late to class, your spot may be given to someone on our waitlist. Bring a yoga mat for all yoga classes!

The class was fun and definitely a different type of workout using some contraptions I’ve never seen or used before. Instructor was funny and upbeat. Challenging at times to some extent but I wasn’t super dripping in sweat or exhaustion afterwards. I liked how it was faced paced with different moves. More attention to form could’ve been helpful for new students. I’ll likely go back a few times to try a few more sessions if I want a medium level workout

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
