How to prepare

If this is your first time at Burn S.F., please arrive dressed and ready to go 15 minutes before the advertised class start time in order to receive springboard orientation! If you are not there and ready 15 minutes before, you will not be permitted to participate! If you are late to class, your spot may be given to someone on our waitlist. Bring a yoga mat for all yoga classes!

Really not into club music when working out. The workout also wasnt that hard & it felt like we were putting on belts or bars or changing the anchor points a lot.

What is ClassPass?
