How to prepare
Please wear something comfortable and suitable for booty shaking and pelvis thrusting! Anything goes – Leggings, pole shorts (hot pants), track pants, tee-shirt, singlet etc. If you want to rock the cheeky panties and fishnets that is also totally fine! We want you to be comfortable and ready to have some fun. Gym shoes, low heels/dance heels or bare feet – what ever your preference may be! (Sorry no stilettos) Be ready to take layers off as you warm up! Also bring: Water Bottle Towel Yoga Mat
