The class was the right amount of challenging, the room was hot, the instructor gave good prompts and adjustments for those who wanted. The room energy and vibe was on point. Be prepared to sweat. Even with the "slower" movements, I was dripping in sweat. It was a bit difficult to see and understand some of what was going on during the first explanation, but it was helpful when the instructor came around to show us the movements during the set. I felt very taken care of here from the sign in to the cold towel at the end. Will be back!

Helps a lot to sit near someone who is more advanced because then you can watch to see what they're doing because sometimes the moves can be a tad confusing if you've never been before. The front desk staff was honestly pretty unfriendly and unwelcoming which is okay just can be hard to go to a new studio and try something new and not get a friendly welcoming. It was early and it might have just been an off day but it just turned me off the studio a bit and more towards the other locations.
