How to prepare

All levels are welcome. Bring your sneakers, water, passion and excitement for fitness and they will do the rest! BRICK does provide towels for the showers. Please bring your own lock for lockers if desired as the lockers do not have locks built into them!

Great workout! I was new to the class and wasn't familiar with all of the exercises; however, the instructor was extremely friendly and helped throughout.
