How to prepare

All levels are welcome. Bring your sneakers, water, passion and excitement for fitness and they will do the rest! BRICK does provide towels for the showers. Please bring your own lock for lockers if desired as the lockers do not have locks built into them!

Great HIIT class! Everything is super planned out and the moves are just hard enough to get you to absolute fatigue and then its time for the next exercise. As a first timer I was nervous but the explanations are really clear once you get going
