How to prepare

All levels are welcome. Bring your sneakers, water, passion and excitement for fitness and they will do the rest! BRICK does provide towels for the showers. Please bring your own lock for lockers if desired as the lockers do not have locks built into them!

Good class and instructor. Just find the studio clammy cold and damp. This studio seems to have issues with finding a good balance of temp and fresh air.
