How to prepare

Please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes before class. Unclaimed spots will be opened up to the wait list 5 minutes prior to class time. Late arrivals will not be permitted due to safety concerns. Any late arrivals will be marked as missed.

How to get there

BRICK is conveniently located at 133 Federal Street, Lower Level. Enter the double doors between Cosi and Boloco and take the elevator down to LL.

Such a good class to take if you want to feel challenged. The instructor was so polite and helped me push through. I told the instructor that I had not worked out in a while and he helped me with my form (proper squats, etc.) Extremely recommended for anyone in classpass.

Sebastian is an incredible, rigorous instructor and pays attention to everyonea form while also pushing you to do your best. The exercises/zones were incredibly challenging but I mean it in the best way possible. Just an incredible workout overall!

This class is tough. Like do 60 burpees then 60 situps then 50 push-ups tough. Wednesdays is a chipper workout - one full set of three different rounds of exercises with rest in between. Not for those looking for a trendy workout! As long as you enjoy mentally push yourself and like working up a sweat, you'll enjoy this class. Instructor was really nice and noticed I didn't know how to do some of the exercises so he came over to help.

These classes are challenging but usually self paced. I was definitely the weakest in the class but even with my own modifications and additional breaks I got an intense work out

Always love this class. Great circuit/strength work, and the instructor always goes through exercises at the beginning (as well as throughout) to make sure everyone has proper form. I always feel like Ive accomplished so much after this class.

What is ClassPass?
