How to prepare

Please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes before class. Unclaimed spots will be opened up to the wait list 5 minutes prior to class time. Late arrivals will not be permitted due to safety concerns. Any late arrivals will be marked as missed.

How to get there

BRICK is conveniently located at 133 Federal Street, Lower Level. Enter the double doors between Cosi and Boloco and take the elevator down to LL.

So tough. I was wiped out after the strength portion. And then there were 8 more rounds. It's a good mix of cardio and strength. The class was on a smaller side so I couldn't slack off haha. But you can take it at your own pace.

I was a total beginner. Definitely a good workout, but a little tough to understand as a beginner, since it was a CrossFit type class. Fortunately the coach and my partner were helpful.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
