How to prepare

Please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes before class. Unclaimed spots will be opened up to the wait list 5 minutes prior to class time. Late arrivals will not be permitted due to safety concerns. Any late arrivals will be marked as missed.

How to get there

BRICK is conveniently located at 133 Federal Street, Lower Level. Enter the double doors between Cosi and Boloco and take the elevator down to LL.

My second time in class, they are very good about making sure they coach everyone by name. I appreciated that! Workout was hard and there is good attention to form in the prep and throughout.

Sebastian was so supportive and encouraging even when I wanted to give up. The class is very challenging - be warned!

It was cardio Friday with six two-minute stations and twelve burpees in between. The class was around 50 minutes. This was one of the friendliest gyms Ive visited with class pass. The instructor corrected my form a few times and I really appreciate that.

The workout was an intense circuit, but the instructor wasn't good at welcoming new comers and making sure everyone knew the routine.
