Power Vinyasa Yoga with Shanda
Felt more intense than the last ones I attended. a lot of pressure from the instructor to do inversions. I think I might be too novice for this class. I wouldn't consider it good for beginners.
Power Vinyasa Yoga with Michael
Michael was AWESOME! The studio is so inviting and I truly felt that I grew from this class
Power Vinyasa Yoga with Jen
I liked the sequencing of this class, but the pacing was way too fast, which meant that I couldn’t breathe deeply and practice in a satisfying way.
Power Vinyasa Yoga with Michael
This class is incredible! One of the best power yoga classes I’ve been too. Challenging, yet a lot of fun and great instructors who are observant and help with technique.
Power Vinyasa Yoga with Desirae
Moved very fast, probably would be difficult for beginners. Great workout, can’t wait to go again.
Power Vinyasa--Burnet Road with Ela
Excellent!!
Power Vinyasa Yoga with Jen
Loved this class!
Hips & Hammies Flow with Laura
Good class, loved the cold lavender towel and grapefruit at the end. At times it was a little difficult to follow the cues but overall good.
Power Vinyasa Yoga with Esther
She’s the best
Power Vinyasa Yoga with Sara
Teacher was great & flow was good. Heat was ????????. Only suggestion I have for this studio in general is that they can move too fast— not in the sense of too fast to follow the sequence — but way too fast to breathe deep in each asana. I’ll be finishing an inhale & the teacher has already gone two poses ahead. Also, very rushed up dog—>down dog each time.
