BoostCycle is a boutique indoor cycling studio in Newtown, CT offering indoor cycling classes for every level of rider to jump start & revitalize your health and fitness goals! BoostCycle offers high intensity rides and uses different techniques to give you a complete full-body workout in just 45 minutes. BoostCycle classes are exhilarating and focused around amazing energy, incredible music and fun, all in a dark studio with LED back-lighting to set the tone for each ride! The enjoyment you'll get from your BoostCycle classes is incredible and you'll crave your ride as you watch your body strengthen and tone! How to prepare

A t-shirt or fitted tank with cycling shorts/ fitted pants is recommended for a more comfortable ride. Cycling shoes with SPD clips are required. We offer complimentary shoes for your first ride. Cycling shoes are available to rent for $2. New riders are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their first class so that the Boost team can show you around, get your waiver filled out and help you properly get set up on the bike.

Steph was amaze!!! Her hills were brutal but she was extremely motivational.

Hillary had great energy and positivity and made the hour go by quickly! I will say that as a former instructor at boutique spin studios, I was concerned about form and safety. Out of saddle sprints past 125 rpms while hovering forward are not safe, and especially not in the first two sectors when the body’s not warmed up. Hillary’s instruction with the weighted bar needs to be tightened up for form and safety as well. That being said there are few classes like this in CT and I will definitely be back to try other instructors!

What is ClassPass?
