I love the energy in the room and the occasional hoot and holler, but this was WAY too much. Logan is such a great instructor, and you (rider) are such a distraction. Please consider that not everyone wants to hear you scream the entire class.

Got a chance to meet some of the staff, everyone was great, really down to earth. Alex was superb, motivational, personable, and helpful. He helped me correct my form when needed. We ran 1 minute circuits which I soon realized were usually 45 sec but accidentally signed up for the wrong day. To my advantage, it gave me a few more secs during the circuits to focus on form, so I'm not mad about it. Would return, great gym, great energy, felt challenged.

Sometimes when instructors keep pointing out my lagging form it gets discouraging, but she didn’t single anyone out- just made overall suggestions which is much appreciated (especially when you have the shakes!)

see all reviewsI'm seeing reviews about lack of instruction. I would suggest that you ask for instruction if you're confused as you cannot always rely on others in class just by watching. The instructors are busy walking around making sure our form is correct so they aren't able to always be on the machines to demo, and the classes are mixed from beginner to advanced. Everyone's journey is different. Just ask! :)
