About this studio

BodyStrength Fitness offers a range of classes in different disciplines from body sculpting to bootcamp and fun-filled dance styles such as zumba, NIA and various forms of yoga. Group classes are a great way to get fit. They are fun, full of energy and support you to progress at your own speed. Sign up with friends and encourage each other to push the envelope or make new friends with similar goals. The atmosphere in a motivated group is electric. You are motivated by the enthusiasm of your class. At Body Strength Fitness, the instructors keep the class pumping and they always make time to address the needs of individuals. You don’t only learn from your own successes and mistakes in a class, but from everyone else’s too.

Very run down facilities. Class was not fulfilling. Biggest pet peeve is when instructors don’t spin with the class.

Good workout, as a 24 year old I was the youngest one there though by more then ten years. Enthusiastic instructor!
Boot Camp with Dolly
This class is hard!! Be prepared to sweat. 50 full minutes of cardio and weight training and then 10 minutes of stretching. Good music.

This class kicked my butt! All of my muscles, big and small, for a work out.

Small space but has everything I need for a quick morning workout.
KickBoxing with Mario
Intense kickboxing training session! Mario was great and really motivated me to work hard. The gym itself is a little dark and the first floor smells like a pet store, but I had a great experience with the class!

What is ClassPass?
