BodySchock Fitness serves the fitness needs of men and women on the Eastside. The unique niche at BodySchock Fitness is specializing in Group Fitness, Personal Training, Weight Loss and overall wellness to help live a happy healthy life! They put fun back in fitness by offering a different philosophy and approach to living healthy. Licensed Group Fitness programs such as Spinning and Mossa programs are the foundation of BodySchock and guarantee the highest quality fitness experience. Mossa classes are a series of programs that are carefully designed to deliver a simple, fun and effective social exercise experience, independent of barriers like gender, age or fitness level. Sneakers, a towel, a mat(only for Group Centergy) and water.

How to get there

They are on the same street as the Transfer station(dump) and the back side of the Humane Society. Off of Richard's Road, Shell gas station turn on 32nd follow all the way down the street take the last left and if you kept driving you would run straight into the club:) You will also see Backstage dance.

Fun and interesting and not very intense. Fluid motion yoga and lots of stretching.

Love this class! Gets your heart pumping and legs burning in the spin portion plus a full body mobility/flexibility workout. Great for cross-training.

Great class! Fast-paced fluid yoga class with a little bit of pilates. Perfect light/recovery day workout. Good for building a foundation of strength, cardio, and flexibility.

Fun class! 25 minutes of spinning + 25 minutes of stretching & mobility work. A good conditioning class if you're in to other sports.
Group Core with Lori
Ive been to better core sessions. Many of the exercises focused on speed, which makes it hard to get a good core workout. The energy of the instructor didnt work for me; strange to have someone shout and yell to a group of four... As others have said, the facilities are old and worn down.

This class didn't fit at all what I would normally expect from Class Pass. This would be a great workout for 50+ but not for the typical Class Pass user.

What is ClassPass?
