I like this environment very much. My hair got wet, I will wash it later. It was worth getting up in the morning to go to class, now my body is open. There are a lot of delicious food nearby, the sun is beautiful, I feel my resistance of cold has improved. Its amount of exercise is not large, many movements are not boring and can be adhered to. The amount of sweat is not as much as Hiit, which is good.

It was SO loud and distracting - my first thought was someone had fallen off their treadmill and the person next to me got so spooked she nearly fell off her treadmill. The “regulars” here could go a long way to being considerate of the rest of the class.

The only downside is you have to pay to rent shoes and I personally don’t cycle enough to invest in shoes but it would be worth it!

I was really intimidated by the clientele at first - everyone was so serious and not too many smiles going around, but once I got into the workout, I had a great time! The low lights and loud music made it easy for me to just focus on myself and get the most out of my 50 minutes. I like the set up of switching between the floor and the treadmill. and the muscle fatigue was so real, but so satisfying. I’ll be back!

Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasn’t really hot enough to be effective, but that’s a detail). see all reviewsI really loved this class! I’ve taken a few boxing classes before, but this tops all of them. The gym itself was clean, the staff was friendly, and the actual setup was great. I liked that the rounds were split up between floor/circuit training and the monitors were really helpful for when that listening comprehension doesn’t kick in until the pre-workout does. Kevin was an awesome coach - he was high energy, had good music, and I liked that he walked around to help with technique during the bag rounds.
