At Bodyjunkies we have selected classes that will develop your speed, endurance, and strength. Working on these aspects of fitness can see great results from general well-being to aesthetic results. Using our experience we have selected the best combination of classes to improve your speed, endurance, and strength. Boxing, HIIT, and Indoor cycling classes are our chosen classes that will deliver your desired results. With so many exercise options available Bodyjunkies offers variety, intensity, and a community environment in our studio. No matter your age or fitness level, we have created a studio to meet the demands of the advanced, the enthusiast, and the beginner. Come along and meet new people, improve your fitness and have some fun.

How to prepare

Our studio is equipped with showers, toilets, and changing area. Try to eat something 30-60 minutes before class, our classes are high intensity so you will need the fuel, just don’t get too full. Be sure to bring a towel, some water, and arrive at least 5 minutes before the class. You will not be allowed to join the class once it has started. If attending one of our Boxing classes, you will need to bring gloves and wraps. Our outdoor classes do not have changing facilities so you need to arrive in your training gear.

How to get there

We are located at 259 Holloway Road N7 8HG. Holloway road tube station is 1 minute walk(Piccadilly Line) or a short bus ride from Highbury and Islington station (overground and Victoria line). There is pay and display parking on Eden grove, and cycle rack directly outside our studio. Our outdoor classes are located at the Emirates stadium (Dennis Bergkamp statue) 44 Hornsey street N7. This is a 5 minute walk from Holloway road tube station(Piccadilly Line)

There wasn’t a structure to the class, it was hard to hear what the instructor was saying as she was just shouting over the music with no microphone. The music was coming from Spotify which is fine, but not when there are gaps between each track and the instructors phone rings which stops the music and she gets off the bike to take the call (she didn’t actually answer just had to get off the bike to mute it . . ). There was also no warm up and the facilities were basic and small.

What is ClassPass?
