Overall an awesome class and very challenging. People who are new to yoga should definitely have some base experience before taking this class.

This class was amazing! A little gem among all ClassPass classes. Chadd and the other students were really inviting and Chadd explained muscle anatomy as we rolled our muscles, so I feel like I learned something valuable. He was receptive to what muscles we said needed attention, and tailored the class to cover that. The perfect class to take when you're feeling sore!

Would have been a very intense workout even without the heat. Instructor was very upbeat but she didnt really go around helping newbies like me. Half the time I was wondering if I was doing things right. Bring a towel and water, i could not find a fountain to refill my water bottle in the studio...I think they do it so that you buy one from them :/

chadd is a great instructor, he broke down the moves really well and helped us understand why they were important for our back.

The bathroom inside the studio smelled really bad. It was uncomfortable taking deep breaths (at yoga) and smelling the stinking bathroom.
Power 60 with Ruth
A little difficult to follow the moves just by the instructor calling out the names of the moves. Probably for a relatively knowledgeable yogi

Good class but studio was still so warm and humid from the class before. Maybe open windows in between?
Power 75 with Mairin
I liked the instructor, but I wouldnt call this a power class. Its more like regular vinyasa. Theres also something about the mold/sweat stench that left me with a headache.
