About this studio

Body Mind and Core is a space where practicing becomes inspirational, enlightening and empowering. A sanctuary to keep lives full of balance, freedom and wellness. A enlivened community where learning and sharing knowledge makes room for fun and relaxation and most importantly, a nurturing, inclusive environment where individuals can be at peace with themselves, experience the freedom to grow and welcome a challenge. Body Mind & Core is a state of the art 4000 sq ft facility in Carmel, Indiana. (upstairs of Panera Bread) There are (3) studios offering over (50) classes a week in Hot Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Pilates and Barre. There are classes for all ages and experience levels. From Beginners to professional athletes, Body Mind and Core has programs to fit all your needs and lifestyle. 317 696 0720

How to prepare

Purchase a yoga mat. Having your own mat supports your commitment to your practice and ensures its cleanliness. Mats and towels can be used on a first come first serve basis. Remove your shoes before entering the studio. Place your shoes in a cubby in the studio changing area. This preserves the sacred nature of the studio space. They recommend Yoga 101, a class designed just for beginners. Let the teacher know you are new to the practice. Leave valuables at home. Please come to heated classes hydrated and be prepared to sweat.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
