How to prepare

Bring your open mind and willingness to try something new! This is unlike a yoga that you've tried at the gym or work-out based training; though you do experience a holistic comprehensive training! You can wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing, a pair of socks (with grippers will help w/ slipping) and you're welcome to bring a water bottle. We have cups available and a water dispenser, if you need!

There is no yoga really, more breathing and meditation

According to the instructor, it's a Korean based yoga, as opposed to the "usual" Indian based yoga techniques. If you want to work on your breathing, then this is a good class. If you want a workout that makes you sweat and is more about your body and less about your mind, it is not the class for you. A HUGE part of it is about chakras and energy and activating it, which means body tapping, not something I've ever done before but apparently it's part of the method. I went to one at 6:30 pm and initially I was the only one there, so if you want to have a different atmosphere, take that into account. Note: the name of the studio does not match what the sign says in the strip mall, just in case you are looking for it.
