Basic Yoga
This was not your typical yoga class
Core Strengthening
Although good for the mental state and stretching I was hoping for a more 'intense' workout. If you want something relaxing and soothing, this would be great! I personally was hoping to get my heart rate up!
Basic Yoga
this was def not your traditional yoga class with poses. it was more of a stretching/breathing/meditation yoga. it was a fun class just not what I was expecting
Core Strengthening
This class might be right for you if you love meditation and minimal exercise/simple stretches, but if your looking for a stronger core, muscle toning, cardio, etc, look elsewhere....
Tai Chi
If you want to try something different from a traditional work out try this! Get in touch with your spiritual side and get a sweat going!
Basic Yoga
It was really nice, but was not what you'd expext when you book a Basic Yoga class. It is a Korean school with tai chi like excercises. It was good though and the teacher was fun.

What is ClassPass?
