How to prepare

Please wear a shirt, comfortable pants, and socks. The floor is padded, so mats are optional. They usually have a mat for you to borrow. The parking lot is small, so you may need to park on Locust St (free). Warm-ups begin 10 minutes before class, so please arrive before then.

How to get there

Body & Brain Yoga·Tai Chi is located at 250 N Lake Ave. in Pasadena, CA. It is just north of Walnut and south of the 210 freeway on the east side of Lake Ave. There is a UPS store on the corner. It is best to enter their lot off of Lake (versus Locust St.). There is free street parking available on Locust St. During busy times, you may have a nice walk on Locust. Consider it part of your warm-up ;-)
