You don't need a mat here-- there is a padded, soft floor. But Yoga socks would come in handy, which are for sale as well.

Basic Yoga
Awesome! I discovered ways to relieve tension in my body. Will come back!!!
Tai Chi
A gentle stretching and meditation class not a rigorous work out. Would be a good add on class periodically for clearing the mind. Must come to class with an open mind for an alternative philosophy of health maintenance.

This class was fine for what it was but it was NOT a yoga class.

What a great experience! Much more challenging than I expected and I enjoyed holding the longer poses. Nice clean welcoming studio. I wish I had arrived a little earlier and had time to stay later being a new student.
Basic Yoga
This class was very different than other yoga classes I've taken. Different approach involving "energy" and tummy tools for digestion. Was still fun and relaxing, just don't come expecting to do the pretzel, there is very little leg stretching involved and more overall body movement/ bouncing.
Core Strengthening
The name is misleading, this isn't an exercise class for your core, this is a mind/body class with breathing and abdominal movements for improving circulation, and organ health. It was an interesting class but most certainly not what I expected.
Basic Yoga
Not yoga. More like meditation. The instructor was very nice but this was not the workout class I want looking for at all.
