About this studio

Brookline Center offers yoga, tai chi, and meditation focusing on restoring healthy energy flow in the body. Programs include group classes, workshops, retreats, and personal care to help you unblock and revive the natural healing system within you. Body & Brain combines ancient eastern philosophies with modern western theories. Through simple exercises, breathing and meditation you can receive clarity of the mind, health of the body and balance your emotions. They are honored to help you along your journey, step by step, regardless of where you're starting.

This class was really relaxing, if that is what you are looking for. It’s more of a stress reliever than an intense exercise class.

Very different than any other yoga class I’ve been to. The session I went to turned out to be focused on Hang-Gong - energy accumulation and circulation. I appreciate that this practice was truly focused on the mind-body connection, rather than just a workout.

Definitely not your standard Yoga class- includes some body percussion, meditation, and lots of stretching. Holistic and great for my body after the holidays!

What is ClassPass?
