How to prepare

Bliss Yoga & Wellbeing recommends arriving around 10-15 minutes before your class. The front door of the studio is locked when classes are in session and when the studio is unattended, so if you arrive more than 15 minutes before you may not be able to head upstairs. Arriving 10-15 minutes early allows plenty of time for the teacher to sign you into the class, have a cup of tea and lay down on your mat quietly in Savasana ready for the class to start. Please note the studio will be locked 5 minutes before the class starts and late arrivals cannot be accepted. The studio provides mats, bolsters, blocks, and straps. They encourage you to bring your own mat if you’d like. Please bring a small hand towel, or similar, to lay over your bolster, use if you build up a sweat or to put under your knees if you need some extra cushioning.

Was not well advertised what kind of class it was
SLOW FLOW with Agnes
Lovely studio space. I enjoyed the tactile adjustments but not the class sequence or music at times. It was disjointed and didn’t quite match up to the energy of a slow flow class. I’m keen to try other classes but wouldn’t go to this one again.

Nice space, heated up really well even on a very cold morning. A bit repetitive with the sequences and perhaps a bit rushed, but all in all a good class. Glad a classpass yoga option has become available in this location.

What is ClassPass?
