About this studio

Each class consists of 60 minutes of varying treadmill & floor intervals. Walker, Jogger and Runner guidelines allow individuals of differing fitness levels to push themselves where they are most comfortable. Our instructors are certified and trained to personalize your workout and correct your form. An instructor assistant will replenish your water bottle, swap out your towel, and provide you with heavier or lighter equipment as needed so you can focus on giving your body the best workout possible! All clients MUST arrive prior to the start of class or you will not be permitted entry. First time BLAST clients must arrived 15 before class for a safety demonstration, or you will not be permitted entry.

How to prepare

IMPORTANT NOTE: For all classes, it is important you allow enough time for parking and arrive on time for class! Once class begins, late arrivals will not be permitted entry. NEW USERS: If this is your first visit to BLAST, you must arrive 15 minutes early to get acquainted with equipment and go over safety precautions or you will not be permitted entry.

Instructor was really great; kept motivation up. The assistant ate a bag of fritos and then a bag of Doritos while class was going on and kind of danced around/didn’t really assist so that was kind of weird, but entertaining I guess?

Amazing interval work out! The instructor was very upbeat and motivating. She helped make me feel welcome as a newbie. You can easily adapt the work out for any intensity level. Cardio mixed with strength straining is so fun and makes the time go by fast!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
