About this studio

Each class consists of 60 minutes of varying treadmill & floor intervals. Walker, Jogger and Runner guidelines allow individuals of differing fitness levels to push themselves where they are most comfortable. Our instructors are certified and trained to personalize your workout and correct your form. An instructor assistant will replenish your water bottle, swap out your towel, and provide you with heavier or lighter equipment as needed so you can focus on giving your body the best workout possible! All clients MUST arrive prior to the start of class or you will not be permitted entry.If you are going to be late, please call the studio so they can prepare accordingly.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For all classes, it is important you allow enough time for parking and arrive on time for class! NEW USERS: If this is your first visit to BLAST, you must arrive 15 minutes early to get acquainted with equipment and go over safety precautions.

I was really nervous for this class because I am not a runner nor am I super good at boot camp. This class was great though they give a walking option and the weight training is good. Highly recommend!

This was my second class with Jason and both times he could be hard to understand - his mic seemed muffled at times. More importantly though, this morning he forgot to have us take off the 10% incline before a 90 second push (which included a sprint at 12mph for runners). When we switched to the floor, the new tread group did the same exercise on a flat road. This seemed really unsafe.
