Pro TipPLEASE NOTE: For all classes, it is important you allow enough time for parking and arrive on time for class! If this is your first visit to BLAST, you must arrive 15 minutes early to get acquainted with equipment and go over safety precautions.
Each class consists of 60 minutes of varying treadmill & floor intervals. Walker, Jogger and Runner guidelines allow individuals of differing fitness levels to push themselves where they are most comfortable. Our best-in-class instructors are certified and trained to personalize your workout and correct your form. An instructor assistant will replenish your water bottle, provide and swap out towels as needed, and provide you with heavier or lighter equipment so that can focus on giving your body the best workout possible!
