Just my favorite kind of class. Intense running, pushes you to your limit, mixed with great weight and strength training - with fast enough changes and variety to keep you from noticing how hard you’re pushing. Fantastic!

Absolutely fantastic. One of the more intense workouts I’ve done in a while. The variation between treadmill and balance weights was great, and the teacher super motivating!

About this studio

Each class consists of 60 minutes of varying treadmill & floor intervals. Walker, Jogger and Runner guidelines allow individuals of differing fitness levels to push themselves where they are most comfortable. Our instructors are certified and trained to personalize your workout and correct your form. An instructor assistant will replenish your water bottle, swap out your towel, and provide you with heavier or lighter equipment as needed so you can focus on giving your body the best workout possible! We require that first time BLAST clients arrive 15 before class for their "BLAST Basics" intro with their instructor! 202 733 3762

How to prepare

IMPORTANT NOTE: For all classes, it is important you allow enough time for parking and arrive on time for class! However, we recognize that things happen, so you will be permitted into class up to 5 minutes after class has started as long as the class isn't full. NEW USERS: If this is your first visit to BLAST, you must arrive 15 minutes early to meet your instructor, who will go over the "BLAST Basics" with you before class!

What is ClassPass?
