How to prepare

Forget your mat? No problem, they have mats at the studio you can borrow complimentary. Bottled water, hand towels and mat wash are available at the studio as well.

How to get there

Bend the Bridge Yoga is located off of the Washington Pike near Portman's Deli and Bee'z Bistro. A quick exit off of Highway 79.

What is ClassPass?
