Impressive class
Hatha LV1
This class is really good. The teacher is take care of everyone who needs helps. I will go to the class again.

Was expecting a Hatha class but then it ended up to be a Yoga Wheel class because the timetable changed. Deep stretching from the class, requires quite a bit of strength and balance, could be a bit challenging for beginners, but Rainbow is very helpful and attentive!
Beginner Aerial Yoga
A very beginner class which teaches you how to stretch with a hammock on the ground. No getting on the hammock with flying poses. The teacher is very strict on the poses and over react on your safety. About the centre, the lift is very creepy... it is best to only go in 5mins earlier as the centre only opens when there is a class.
Beginner Yoga Wheel
First time doing wheel yoga. The class is suitable for beginners. Rainbow was lovely and helped fix our postures where necessary. I think less time could be spent on taking photos of students one by one, although I appreciate the gesture and it can be useful for students to look back on to improve their posture. I would rather spend more time focusing on the pose / Move into a different stretch / learning other ways to use the wheel. Personally would like more stretches for the back :)

What is ClassPass?
