About this studio
Whip cracking, wellness loving personal trainer's for busy women who want to feel amazing about themselves day in and day out. SWEAT Anything can and will happen in this sweaty 45 minute boot camp. A hard-hitting mix of cardio, resistance and flexibility. Once the gloves are on, you’ll practice punching drills with a partner to enhance coordination, with bursts of core strengthening and skipping. BOX + ABS This class targets the muscles that provide stability, keep you injury free & help to provide the most powerful movement possible. Combine that with high intensity interval boxing drills & we create the recipe to torch the maximum amount of calories in just 45 minutes. How to get there
Locations: Double Bay: Meet in Steyne Park, Double Bay, on the Ocean Avenue side, in the corner of the park closest to the harbor. Sydney Park: Under the tarp, on the black tarmac. Just next to the traffic lights on the left as you enter. Park in the Sydney Road Carpark. Coogee: meet in the center of Coogee Beach at the bottom of the steps. Saturday sessions – are up on the grass in the park next to the beach. Meet next to the seating huts close to Coogee Pavilion.
