About this studio

be well is a Pilates + yoga studio in the Grant Park neighborhood of Atlanta, GA. Their goal is to create an open environment where any body at any age can create a strong, integrated foundation for their wellness. These modalities are forms of conscious exercise that can strengthen your deepest core, maintain better posture, improve flexibility, balance and athletic performance.

How to prepare

Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in before class. For yoga + Pilates mat classes instruction, please bring a mat. If you don’t own a mat, they have some you can borrow. Renting a mat is free on your first visit, and $1 each time after that.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
