About this studio

Workouts will challenge you beyond your present level of fitness – beginner, intermediate or advanced. Exercises are changed up after a good set of reps with varying degrees of difficulty. I pride myself on being able to attend to every one of my clients even while in a boot camp setting. My "eagle eye" enables team members to feel as if they are in a private personal training session. I want you to succeed and lose weight and tone muscle.

How to prepare

All workouts are 45 minutes long. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to warm up. Bring a towel and bottle of water. Make sure you fill in our Client Evaluation Forms before your first class. The details you provide in these forms are necessary for you to participate. You should receive a welcome email with links for your next steps. If you don't please email info@befitjc.com

How to get there

Free parking. This is a full-scale gym and is easily accessible by bus or car.

Gym smelled. Staff was not welcoming. Lots of paperwork to fill out which I ultimately didn't fill out

Instructor was unclear with instructions, they seemed confused by ClassPass, and workout was not structured. I am often very generous with my ratings, but this was not up to the normal ClassPass standards.

They made me fill out about 12 pages of paperwork to take the class. Nevere before have I had to do that with Class Pass. Maybe a waiver here and there, but 12 pages? A bit much.

I would not recommend this class. The instructor was pleasant, but his class lacked innovation and intensity. We engaged in very basic moves for extended periods that stretched beyond what is typically high intensity AND in most cases, the moves were not dynamic or challenging. I also did not feel motivated by the trainer.

What is ClassPass?
