About this studio
Workouts will challenge you beyond your present level of fitness – beginner, intermediate or advanced. Exercises are changed up after a good set of reps with varying degrees of difficulty. I pride myself on being able to attend to every one of my clients even while in a boot camp setting. My "eagle eye" enables team members to feel as if they are in a private personal training session. How to prepare
All workouts are 45 minutes long. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to warm up. Bring a towel and bottle of water. Make sure you fill in our Client Evaluation Forms before your first class. The details you provide in these forms are necessary for you to participate. You should receive a welcome email with links for your next steps. If you don't please email firstname.lastname@example.org
