About this studio

The Bay Academy is home to the Bay Combat Sports, Bay Jiu-Jitsu, and BayAcro programs. We offer accessible and world-class training to people of all ages, sizes, genders, and backgrounds in the multiple athletic programs offered. We serve not only athletes, but anybody looking to learn new skills, get in shape, have fun, and join our community. Our newest facility for Bay Combat Sports is located in Pac Heights SF and features 5,000 square feet of grappling and striking mats with heavy bags, Rogue fitness weights, an MMA cage, locker rooms, showers, and a recovery center featuring a dry sauna and cold tub. The Bay Combat Sports facility offers martial arts and fitness classes 7 days a week in boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, grappling (jiu-jitsu), and cardio fitness. 833 229 5487

How to prepare

No experience required! Just show up with a water bottle and athletic clothing and get ready to learn some new skills, get a great workout, and have fun.

How to get there

The address of the facility is 2001 Van Ness Avenue in San Francisco. The front door is directly on Van Ness avenue next to Subway. There is a big CVS parking lot next to the facility, but you cannot park there for long periods of time or you will get a ticket. Street neighborhood and meter parking are available.
